The Bill Shover Leadership Award was created in 1999 by the Community Leadership Council (CLC) to honor INDIVIDUALS for their outstanding service to United Blood Services (UBS). 
The Mac McClure Legacy Award was created in 2016 by the Community Leadership Council (CLC) to honor an ORGANIZATION for outstanding service to United Blood Services (UBS).
The Community Leadership Council (CLC) is the volunteer advisory council of United Blood Services. This team is a dynamic force enabling UBS to enhance its community image, increase its public awareness and expand the base of volunteer blood donors.
